Why we invested

Rehuman reflects our view that insurance infrastructure should support people when reality deviates from the plan. By creating continuous clarity between individuals, brokers, and insurers, Rehuman reduces underinsurance, missed renewals, and breakdowns in trust. It replaces episodic, transactional insurance with an ongoing relationship, quietly rebuilding the foundations of how protection actually works.

Aaron grew up watching his mother build a chain of nursing homes from almost nothing, often working mornings, nights, and weekends. Money was tight, but the link between effort and outcome was visible at home every day. At university, his lung collapsed without warning, and access to private healthcare in the UK determined the quality and speed of his recovery. That combination of graft and vulnerability shaped how he saw risk, security, and the systems that sit quietly behind people’s lives.

He spent six years at Accenture working on wearables and private health insurance, drawn to the parts of the industry that could directly change outcomes. Inside a large organisation, he learned how insurers think, where incentives misalign, and how slowly incumbents move, even when the technology and data exist to do better.

Running Human X within Accenture, he proved he could originate ideas, win clients, and generate several million in revenue, without ever building real ownership.

Rehuman is his decision to step out of that comfort. Aaron believes insurance should quietly protect people and businesses as their lives and risks change, not leave half the market underinsured. ReHuman builds the software layer that brokers and insurers use to understand policyholders and act at the right moment, so nobody is left exposed simply because the system didn’t notice.
